What Is Laser Hair Removal?
Laser hair removal uses concentrated light energy to target the melanin (pigment) in hair follicles. The light converts to heat, damaging the follicle and inhibiting its ability to produce new hair. Over a series of treatments, the hair grows back finer and lighter until it eventually stops growing altogether. The treatment selectively targets the hair while leaving the surrounding skin unharmed. Multiple sessions are needed because hair grows in cycles, and the laser is most effective during the active growth phase.

How Does It Work?
Consultation
Assessment of your skin type, hair color, and treatment areas. We'll determine the ideal laser settings and number of sessions needed.
Preparation
Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment. Avoid sun exposure, waxing, and plucking for 6 weeks prior.
Treatment
The laser handpiece is passed over the area, delivering pulses of light that target hair follicles. Built-in cooling technology keeps you comfortable.
Post-Treatment
Mild redness similar to a sunburn is normal and resolves within hours. You can resume normal activities immediately.
Hair Falls Out
Treated hairs fall out over 2-3 weeks. You'll notice progressively less hair after each session.
Maintenance
6-8 sessions spaced 6-12 weeks apart provide optimal results. Annual touch-ups may be needed for maintenance.
