General
What is a medical spa?
A medical spa (medspa) combines the relaxing atmosphere of a day spa with the expertise and treatments of a medical clinic. All procedures are performed under the supervision of a licensed physician.
Is a consultation required before treatment?
Yes. We offer complimentary consultations so we can understand your goals, assess your needs, and recommend the best treatment plan for you.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our scheduling system, call us at (289) 338-5916, or fill out the contact form on our website. We'll confirm your appointment within 24 hours.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a valid photo ID and a list of any medications or supplements you're currently taking. Arriving 10 minutes early helps us get you settled comfortably.
Do you accept insurance?
Most aesthetic treatments are elective and not covered by insurance. We offer competitive pricing and can discuss payment options during your consultation.
Injectables
How long does Botox last?
Botox results typically last 3–4 months. Regular treatments can help train your muscles to relax, potentially extending the time between sessions.
Are dermal fillers safe?
Yes, when administered by a qualified physician. We use only Health Canada-approved products and follow strict safety protocols for all injectable treatments.
Will I look overdone?
Our philosophy is natural-looking results. Our medical team takes a conservative, personalized approach to ensure you look like yourself - just refreshed.
Is there downtime after injectables?
Most patients return to normal activities immediately. You may experience minor swelling or bruising at the injection sites, which typically resolves within a few days.
Laser Treatments
Are laser treatments painful?
Most patients describe the sensation as a warm snapping feeling. We use cooling technology and topical numbing to ensure your comfort throughout the procedure.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies by treatment and individual. Laser hair removal typically requires 6–8 sessions, while skin rejuvenation treatments may need 3–5 sessions for optimal results.
Can laser treatments be done on all skin types?
We use advanced laser technology that can be safely adjusted for various skin types and tones. During your consultation, we'll determine the best approach for your specific skin.
Hormone & Longevity Programs
My labs are normal but I don't feel like myself. Could this be hormonal?
You are not imagining it. This is one of the most common experiences our patients describe. 'Normal' on a standard lab panel and 'optimal' for your body are not the same thing. We start with a comprehensive hormone assessment and build a bioidentical hormone strategy entirely around you.
What hormone programs do you offer?
We offer Precision Hormone Protocols for both women and men, addressing bioidentical hormone optimization, thyroid health, adrenal function, and intimate wellness - all physician-led and tailored to your biology.
Is a longevity program necessary if nothing is obviously wrong?
This is exactly the right time to start. The changes that drive how we age rarely announce themselves. Cardiovascular risk builds quietly. Cognitive decline begins decades before it becomes visible. A longevity program maps your full biological picture precisely - before the picture changes - and builds a physician-led strategy that keeps you sharp, strong, and fully yourself.
What does the metabolic protocol include?
Our Precision Metabolic Protocol™ includes comprehensive metabolic testing, body composition analysis, personalized nutrition and exercise guidance, and ongoing physician-led optimization - all designed to help you perform at your best.
Intimate Wellness
What is the B-Pulse treatment?
B-Pulse uses pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) energy to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, treating urinary incontinence and improving intimate wellness - all while you remain fully clothed.
Is FemiLift suitable for everyone?
FemiLift is suitable for most women experiencing vaginal health concerns. A consultation with our team will determine if this treatment is right for your specific needs.
How private are intimate wellness treatments?
We understand the sensitive nature of these treatments. All consultations and procedures are conducted in private rooms with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Precision Testing
What types of precision testing do you offer?
We offer a comprehensive suite of testing including the Precision Hormone Profile™, genetic testing, cardiovascular imaging (CIMT), cognitive assessment, metabolic panels, and more - all designed to give you and your physician a complete picture of your health.
How is precision testing different from regular bloodwork?
Standard bloodwork checks if you fall within broad population ranges. Our precision testing looks at optimal ranges for your age, sex, and goals - identifying risks and opportunities that conventional tests miss entirely.
Do I need a referral for precision testing?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with our clinic. During your consultation, our physician team will recommend the specific panels that make sense for your health picture and goals.
