Platelet-Rich Plasma - Your Body's Own Healing Power

Starting at $695· Exact pricing at consultation

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy harnesses your body's own healing power to rejuvenate skin, restore hair growth, and accelerate tissue repair. By concentrating the growth factors found in your own blood, PRP stimulates collagen production, cell renewal, and natural regeneration.

At Thrive! MedAesthetics, PRP is used as a standalone treatment or combined with microneedling, fillers, and other procedures to enhance and extend results.

About This Treatment

What Is PRP Therapy?

PRP therapy begins with a simple blood draw. Your blood is then processed in a centrifuge to separate and concentrate the platelets - the cells packed with growth factors that drive tissue repair and regeneration. This concentrated platelet-rich plasma is then injected or applied to the treatment area. The growth factors stimulate stem cells, boost collagen and elastin production, improve blood flow, and accelerate your body's natural healing processes.

Also known as: PRP, platelet-rich plasma, vampire facial, PRP for hair loss, PRP skin rejuvenation, blood plasma treatment, PRP injections, growth factor therapy

The Process

How Does It Work?

1

Blood Draw

A small amount of blood is drawn from your arm, similar to a routine blood test.

2

Processing

Your blood is placed in a centrifuge, which separates and concentrates the platelet-rich plasma.

3

Preparation

The treatment area is cleansed. Numbing cream is optional for increased comfort.

4

Application

PRP is injected into the skin or applied topically in conjunction with microneedling, depending on the treatment plan.

5

Results

Improvements develop gradually over a series of 3-6 sessions as collagen regeneration occurs.

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Multiple clinical studies show PRP therapy can stimulate dormant hair follicles, increase hair thickness, and slow hair loss. It works best for early-stage thinning and androgenetic alopecia. A series of 3-4 sessions is typically recommended.
A vampire facial combines microneedling with Procell tissue stimulation technology. Growth factors and stem cell cytokines are applied to microneedled skin, dramatically enhancing collagen production, skin texture, and overall rejuvenation.
PRP is extremely safe since it uses your own blood. There is virtually no risk of allergic reaction or infection when performed in a sterile clinical environment.
A series of 3-6 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart is typically recommended. Maintenance treatments every 6-12 months help sustain results.
For skin rejuvenation, results develop over 3-6 months. For hair restoration, new growth is typically visible within 3-4 months.
